'Hi welcome to our channel Cabalen Pinoy Food Adventure.  INGREDIENTS:  600g beef  1-1.5Tbsp soy sauce 1-1.5Tbsp oyster sauce 1Tbsp cornstarch 1Tbsp cooking oil 1 chopped onion 6cloves garlic chopped 425g canned mushroom about 30g butter 1 and 1/4cup water or beef broth about 1/2cup all purpose cream 1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper 1/2Tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/2Tbsp water'
